Another guest post at Wizbang [as it happens, I am going to need guest bloggers this weekend, Friday-Monday, for my one year anniversary]. Sort of a bonus trivia tidbit. Go check it out.

Hey, Will, do we have a reference point, relative to Clinton's first 100 days in 1997. Otherwise, the easy argument will be "the press is always negative, especially toward a second term President...

That's a good question, and a great point. I couldn't find that info on the CMPA website, but it is interesting to note that during the impeachment drama (when the blue dress stain surfaced) Clinton received a grand total of 3 or 4 days of negative media coverage, before it swung overwhelmingly positive and remained so for the rest of his term. This comes from one of my grad school books. Media coverage didn't go negative again until Clinton's outrageous pardons at the end of his presidency.

I would guest host for you, BUT... I wouldn't know what I was doing!...What about Rodney Dill? He would be good! Everyone would be entertained...OR what about Hoodlumman? He would be fun! Wunderkraut would be great too, BUT... he just got back from an exhausting vacation!...I just love my suggestions for a Host for you!

Zsa Zsa, I'd lean towards Darius from our blog, File it Under. Not taking away anything away from Rob and myself but Darius has always been more serious and classy with his posts whereas Rob and I are more humor/goofy oriented. He'd align better with the content of Willisms.

Just my two cents. I appreciate the compliments, Zsa, I really do. There's a lot of great bloggers out there and I wouldn't put us close to the top.

But by all means keep coming by. We appreciate the patronage very much!
