« Sunday Night Heidi Weimaraner Update: 9 Months Old. | WILLisms.com | North Korea Explodes First Nuke » Theo Van Gogh's 'Submission'This is part 1 of the movie that cost Theo Van Gogh his life - some might find the imagery and topics unpleasant, so you have been warned:
It is important to have this type of material out there available for viewing. Whether this is an accurate depiction of life for women under Islam is entirely beside the point - that is for viewers to decide, not for would-be censors to decide. However, is it not odd that YouTube allows this, an admittedly controversial movie that cost its creator his life, yet refuses to allow a video by Michelle Malkin? That seems most contradictory and inconsistent. Posted by Ken McCracken · 8 October 2006 10:07 PM CommentsKen - Thanks for posting the link. Part of me is tempted to download it before the YouTube censors realize its there. Posted by: James at October 9, 2006 12:15 AM That's a good plan - I hope they don't ruin this link. Posted by: Ken McCracken at October 9, 2006 01:00 AM I guess Google really did take over quickly as the video was removed. Did you save a download? Posted by: scott at October 9, 2006 08:47 PM Nope - let this stand as evidence of YouTube's lack of respect for free speech. Posted by: Ken McCracken at October 10, 2006 12:40 AM ionolsen21 I am really impressed! Posted by: tester at October 18, 2006 08:53 AM ionolsen23 HI! I love this place!
