She is very chameleon-ish. She blends into grass, pavement, carpet, wood floors, rocks, gardens... you name it. It's crazy. I think she has millions of tiny little mirrors on her fur that reflect what is around her.

Be honest, she beat you up the side of the 1300 ft pink granite exfoliation dome of doom, didn't she?
BTW, the wife and I wnet there in MAy for the Lukenbach festival and the Labor Day stuff at the Nimitz Museum in Fredricksburg. If you get a chance to go to that museum when they are doing the "Island Assault", which they only do a few times of the year, DO IT. It's some of the coolest living history stuff that I have every seen. It will rock your socks off.
