« Trivia Tidbit Of The Day: Part 507 - Texas Still Has Room For Improvement. | WILLisms.com | Wednesday Caption Contest: Part 155. » Trivia Tidbit Of The Day: Part 508 - Media In The Tank.Obama Messiamania- You've probably already seen this, but here is some evidence of a new level of absurd media bias: ![]() An analysis of federal records shows that the amount of money journalists contributed so far this election cycle favors Democrats by a 15:1 ratio over Republicans, with $225,563 going to Democrats, only $16,298 to Republicans . This is incredibly important. And ridiculous. Lavish positive media attention on Obama's world tour has clearly given him a boost in the polls. Media bias matters. Posted by Will Franklin · 28 July 2008 08:37 AM CommentsIt is interesting that Fox related contributions had no contributions going to the Republicans. Posted by: sethstorm at July 28, 2008 04:31 PM Et tu, Fox News? That one is a bit of a headscratcher. Posted by: Ken McCracken at July 28, 2008 05:23 PM I can tell you *this* reporter was among those donating to Actual Republicans. Media "neutrality" is a sham. If people could easily find out a reporter's views, they could keep the reporter in check. It's a method of accountability. Anyway, do you know whether this survey took into account regional media sources (like the Tyler Morning Telegraph??). Or was it just national sources? Posted by: Cindy (Brown) Mallette at August 4, 2008 02:22 PM I think it was just major national media. Posted by: Will Franklin at August 4, 2008 08:21 PM |
